NEW UPDATE! PORTALS AND FLOOR REPOSITIONING!

We have implemented some major upgrades to the Starworld exploration and housing systems. These changes provide players with more powerful ways to connect and better control over their personal properties.

1. Personal Home Portals

You now have the ability to drop a magical rift that leads directly to your home.

• How to place a portal: Open your character menu by clicking on your own avatar and select the option "Drop Home Portal." After confirming the action in the popup, a portal will be placed exactly at your current coordinates.

• Visual Design: The portal appears as a mystical oval rift with a vortex effect and rising sparks. It serves as a visual window, showing an animated preview of your room’s background to anyone standing nearby.

• Automatic Permissions: Entering a room through a portal grants the traveler a permanent visit permission. This ensures they can return to your home in the future without requiring a new invitation.

• Duration and Restrictions:
  • A portal stays active for 6 hours before closing automatically.
  • Only one portal can be active per user. Dropping a new portal will immediately replace your existing one.
  • Owners can manually close their portal via a dedicated menu option by simply clicking on the portal.

  • When removing a portal, the owner can choose to either let current guests remain or automatically clear the room, sending all visitors back to Cantania Forest.

2. Advanced Floor and Background Management

We have overhauled the housing backend to allow for better management of multi-floor residences.

• Floor Reordering: If you own multiple floors, you can now change their order. By using the new drag-and-drop interface in your settings, you can swap floor positions. The system will automatically move all items, background images, and custom room names to the new designated level.

This will allow users to change the order of floors without needing to manually move every item or change the background of said floor.
