The first suggestion is to add the possibility to upload pictures in the forum

Good idea! I will enhance the forum a little bit. I'm gonna change this text box and add formatting features etc, and in the same box you may upload pictures. The forum itself already supports it, i just have to allow it :)

I like the idea. how would it work technically speaking? Any ideas?

One option is to start a thread manual every time and put a link to it under the vote button. Its pretty common on other sites.
Or to be a clever programmer as you are, and make it work automatic ;)

Edit: Not under the vote button, since it dessapears after the vote. Under the answers ofc :)
Maybe add a edit button on your own posts in the forum? With history like on facebook so you can still backtrack the changes.
